At this time we do not have the resources to monitor a significant
number of externally linked sites (on an on-going basis) for our users.
Although we don't have control over, and aren't
responsible for the content and actions of linked-to sites, we do try
to periodically check in on them to see what our site users might be
experiencing.

provide reciprocal links to relevant Web sites that we
believe our site's users will appreciate or benefit from in some way.
3. We provide
reciprocal links to higher-PageRanked pages, which is often
and indication of higher quality content.
